the hotel was clean. the check-in process was smooth. staff members were friendly. i appreciated the thoughtful anniversary cake.
the pool was sometimes overcrowded, making it hard to find available sunbeds.

The gym had good equipment with cardio machines and free weights.
The all-inclusive deal isn't a good value. The drinks tasted watered down. Getting a simple cup of tea at breakfast became a difficult task, as waiters seemed overworked and our order sometimes never arrived or was incorrect. The noise at night made sleeping difficult.
